Who We Are

A Caring sober living for Long Island

Our houses are conveniently located on Long Island, which is very close to a number of self-help, 12 step meetings. The support staff as well as the managers and directors are all in recovery and will help our clients get connected with members of the recovery community. What we can’t do alone, we will do together!

Ryan Baum

Ryan Baum is a motivated and determined individual who is in long term recovery from Alcohol and Drug Addiction. Ryan is the Owner of Wellness Recovery Homes, and his sober living homes are located in Suffolk county on Long Island in New York. They provide a safe and structured environment to help men transition back into society while maintaining sobriety. His life’s passion is to provide individuals with an environment to find themselves and achieve greatness. Before owning and operating Wellness Transitional Living, Ryan was a counselor at South Oaks Hospital in the dual diagnosis outpatient serving many roles including Patient Transition Specialist, which was created for his unique skills and talent. Ryan is certified as a Professional Life Coach, Certified Interventionist, and Certified Alcohol and Substance Abuse Counselor.
