how our sober homes help
Life-Skills
Residents at Wellness Recovery Homes learn valuable life-skills that have shown to have lasting impacts on long-term recovery.
Structure is an important part of early recovery. Our staff has an active involvement in aiding all clients to set up a daily routine that promotes sobriety. Examples of this are as follows:
- 12 step meetings (Alcoholics Anonymous, Narcotics Anonymous, Smart Recovery)
- Outpatient Therapy (Intensive outpatient, routine outpatient, private therapy, medication management/psychiatric services)
- Religious gatherings (Church, Temple, Synagogue)
- Physical fitness/exercise
- Employment/Volunteer Work
* Sober living is a non clinical setting and no services are provided in any of the homes.
